Canceling Your Order

Spot Items

For spot items, orders can be canceled within 7 business day. Our goal is to provide you with the best shopping experience by processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellation or change requests. If you still choose to cancel the order after shipment, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Customized Items

For custom-made items, rush orders can be canceled within 1 business day, and standard orders within 3 business days.

Please note, customized mirrors are built to your specific requirements and cannot be canceled, returned, or altered once production has begun or the item has shipped. If you decide to cancel the order after production and shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Items That Don’t Meet Your Expectations

If your item doesn’t meet your expectations and is undamaged, you can return it within 7 business days of receiving it. The return shipping fee will be your responsibility, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Once the item is safely returned and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.

Wrong or Damaged Items

Mirrors are fragile, and although we take every precaution, damage during transport can occur. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance.

When receiving your package, please inspect the outer packaging carefully. If there is any damage, take photos immediately and open the package carefully. If the mirror inside is damaged, report the issue to our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Reporting the issue after 7 business days may affect your ability to receive a full refund, as it becomes difficult to determine responsibility for the damage. We want to avoid this scenario, so prompt communication is essential.

Depending on the condition of the returned mirror, we will determine whether a full or partial refund is appropriate or if an exchange will be offered.

If you still decide to cancel your order after production and shipment, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Once we receive the item in its original condition, your refund will be processed.

If damage is reported after 7 business days, it may be difficult to determine responsibility, and this could affect your ability to receive a full refund.

Delivery Delays

For customized items, rush orders are typically delivered within 5-6 weeks, and standard orders within 10-12 weeks. If your order is delayed beyond these time frames, please contact us.

If the package is not delivered within 13 weeks, we will issue a 5% partial refund. If the delay extends beyond 13 weeks, additional partial refunds will be provided based on the order value and time delay.

Items Ineligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  1. Products that have been assembled or installed
  2. Products without original packaging or not in their original condition
  3. Items from Inyouths Outlets

How to Return & Request a Refund

1. Contact Us

Send an email to info@vanityart.com, detailing the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason. Include photos in cases of quality issues, including:

  • Front and back views of the outer carton
  • A clear image of the shipping label on the outer carton
  • Photos showing the mirror and any quality problems
  • Photos showing the protective materials inside the package

2. Response Time

We will respond to your email within 2 business days with guidance on the next steps for your return.

3. Inspection

We will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition and match the issues described in the return request.

4. Refund Process

Once the return is confirmed, we will issue the refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any rush service shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
