We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii at this time.

Freight Deliveries

For larger items such as bathtubs and vanities, freight delivery may be required. These shipments typically arrive on a pallet, and a delivery appointment will be scheduled with the carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside only, meaning the driver will deliver the item to your driveway or the curb outside your residence.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery. If you do not receive your tracking number or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement is sent. If your package is lost during transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue and assist in locating your order.

International Shipping
